We are looking for a product owner to join the product team with the BCP Product Division. This team is responsible for identifying our clients’ needs and creating new and differentiated products for it.

You will be responsible for defining the vision of new products and aligning offerings with our ambitious commercial goals.

What you will be doing

• Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of key product areas across our acquiring business and adjacent services.

• Manage multiple squads, setting clear goals and ensuring alignment with BCP's overall product and business strategy.

• Identify and prioritize business needs through research, data, and market trends to design impactful solutions.

• Define and maintain product roadmaps and backlogs, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term vision.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, risk, and commercial teams to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery.

• Drive the launch of new products and features, from concept to post-launch performance tracking.

• Define and monitor product KPIs (e.g., approval rate, TPV growth, merchant activation, churn) and use insights to iterate and improve.

• Represent the product function in discussions with senior leadership and across Credicorp companies.

What are we looking for:

• A strategic and hands-on product leader with 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in payments, fintech, SaaS or commerce platforms.

• Strong understanding commerce ecosystems in Latin America.

• Proven ability to lead multiple squads or product streams in parallel, prioritizing effectively and fostering collaboration.

• Solid technical fluency-you can work closely with engineers to scope solutions, resolve tradeoffs, and ship products efficiently.

• Strong business acumen: you can build business cases, understand revenue models, and assess product profitability.

• Deep customer empathy and experience in building for SMBs, with a user-centered mindset.

• Experience working with data-driven decision making, user testing, and iterative product development.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across teams and geographies.
