We are looking for a finance expert to continue building an elite team to drive planning and strategy at Credicorp.

You will be fundamental in defining Credicorp’s financial and business aspirations and realizing its potential by providing analytical rigor and a strategic perspective.

Your work will be visible to Credicorp leadership through a deep partnership with our subsidiaries in Peru, Chile, Colombia, Bolivia and Panama, covering not only traditional business but also innovation, and disruption initiatives.

You will

• Partner with our subsidiaries in Latam to drive the success of Credicorp’s regional strategy by combining deep knowledge and understanding of our business and value chain with financial and business metrics to help guide strategy and resource allocation.

• Support senior management with decision making based on sound financial and business analysis.

• Lead and participate in strategic projects.

• Produce and communicate actionable insights to relevant stakeholders.

• Build and own financial forecast models, including scenario and ad-hoc models for in-depth analyses as well as ensure their quality, timeliness and accuracy.

• Participate in the development of recommendations for resource allocation across Credicorp’s portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and value creation

• Ability to understand vast amounts of information on high levels of abstraction to learn and provide sound recommendations about new themes in short timeframes. You use your background and expertise to generate new learning challenges for you and your team.

• Excellent communication skills and fluency, at both the written and spoken level, in Spanish and English.
